Coolmine South Drug & Alcohol Addiction Treatment Centre, were winners of a Pride of Cork Award on Sunday last.

ACI and SSTRAI were delighted to hear Coolmine South, Drug & Alcohol Addiction Treatment Centre were awarded the Pride of Cork Award for all the great work they are doing.  ACI & SSTRAI have worked with Coolmine over past 2 years and have brought clients and carers through our ACI CAST Skills Programme.  This was mentioned during the awards, this programme is great to give people an opportunity to engage positively in community based activities and outdoor adventure angling sport.  Since Coolmine have started with ACI & SSTRAI  they have formed their own angling club and now have 6 introductory angling coaches.  ACI has worked with Cork and Kerry groups and have plans for a new Coolmine group in Blanchardstown.      Well done to Coolmine South.
